Before you tee off, Mr. President

The author of this article, and I are on the same page.

I've given thought as to what must have been the deciding factor or factors why did the
Obama administration decided not to voice acknowledgement, condolence, or send a White House official or aide to the funeral's of those who served this country with honor or been a great friend to this country.

I've given thought as to why did the Obama administration sent three aides to the funeral of an 18 year-old man who shortly before his death was in a physical altercation with a policemen, and who had also been videotaped stealing from a convenience store. Unfortunately, Michael Brown lost his life when the police officer had to shoot him in self defense to stop Mr. Brown's hostile advances.

Mrs. Black had served this country as a diplomat in the United Nations general assembly, and appointed as an ambassador to two countries, Ghana and Czechoslovakia. I've also given thought to why the Obama administration didn't acknowledge the passing of Shirley Temple Black last year?

This ordained minister writes that the Obama administration was wrong to not acknowledge the passing of Shirley Temple Black.

I believe the person holding the office of the President of the United States should represent and be accountable to all citizens of the United States.

United States citizens include...
those who are light-skinned...
those who are politically conservative....
those who are of Jewish heritage....
those who call Jesus their Lord and Savior...
those who abide by the law of the land...
and, those who respect those who wear a uniform and work to uphold peace and lawfulness in society.

Teeing off vs showing respect of the passing of those who've served this country

It only takes a few minutes to send a condolence or appoint a White House aide to attend a funeral to send some honor or a gesture of respect from the Presidential office.
This gesture would mean more to United States citizens than a Presidential teeing off.

The one ingredient for peace

The path to peace can only be reached through peaceful means.

I believe it's self-defeating to want peace, but go about killing and murdering thinking that will bring peace.

Killing can't bring about peace. If so, give me one instance of killers living peacefully.

Perhaps peace isn't actually the goal for those who resort to killing in the name of peace.

Peace is having no conflict or quarrels with others.
Peace is living in harmony without the threat of fear.

The Earth is inhabited with many people living on different continents. I can confidently say all people wish to live in peace rather than live in fear or in threat of being killed for their beliefs.

Killing is not the way any person should go about to have no conflict or quarrel with others or to live in harmony without the threat of fear.
The killing one person, a group of people or wanting to annihilate a certain race is not going to bring about peace.
Being a murderer, for whatever reason a person has to against someone else does not guarantee a peaceful existence once you've gotten rid of who you think is preventing you from having peace.

No one should go about demanding change upon another person.
It's impossible to change all the different people and all their customs and beliefs that are different from yours. The way they live their life doesn't have anything to do with you having peace.
That would be the equivalent of all birds except blue birds must not be allowed to fly.
That's impossible and who'd want only one color of bird in the world?

This earth is home to diverse groups of people speaking different languages, with different ways of dress and dance and customs and shades of skin coloring and hair textures and religious beliefs.

One group of people aren't better than another and shouldn't hate or make demands to submit or change and take up another way through fear, intimidation or harm of any sort.

Wanting to kill someone because they don't wish to conform to a certain set of rules will never
bring about any real, just or sustainable peace.

Manipulation, physical force, brutalizing and killing, fear and intimidation only gives birth to more hatred and evil, not peace.

Peace is painted with strokes of love.

Loveliness and peacefulness make a lovely, attractive scene,  blending in harmony without conflict or fear.

There is only one way to attain, experience or usher in peace- it's done with love.

Donna Douglas played Ellie Mae Clampett

I don't usually write about actors and actresses but today I will.

I liked watching sitcoms of the sixties and seventies. The The Beverly Hillbillies was one of my favorite shows to watch.  274 episodes were filmed.

All the characters were great, but Ellie Mae, was one character in particular I could relate to because of her love for animals.
I tend to believe she and her character had a lot in common-caring about the welfare of animals.

She acted in other shows but I've only viewed her playing Ellie Mae.

She passed away on the first day of 2015 in a hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana from pancreatic cancer.

She was a believer.

In reading about her life, she seems to have been a lovely woman with a beautiful and humble spirit. She was also a writer.

I know she's missed by those who loved her.

I know there are lots of people with humble spirits and are beautiful inside and out.

I'd like to think I'm one.
